Job Description:

  • Finding and qualifying leads from potential markets
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Keep in touch regularly with potential existing customers to maintain and develop a good relationship
  • Keep records of transactions and maintaining a list/database of clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Understand the value of products and services to enhance the competitive advantage; compile and analyze market situation to identify the trends.
  • Implement other tasks relating to sales activities allocated by a team leader/ upper manager
  • Cooperate with other departments to provide a professional support to customer
  • Report sales activities and propose sales plan weekly to Team Leader/upper Managers
  • Create weekly sales plan to upsell and cross sell with existing customers to meet sales assigned target
  • Propose business development plans to manager.

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree/ College in related fields
  • At least 1years of experience in the same position.
  • Familiar with Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
  • Fast learner, Independence, passion for sales
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good time and task management skills.
  • Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Exceptional Knowledge of products, sales skills, and sales process

General Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
  • Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
  • Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
